This real-time 3D environment, created for Unreal Engine, captures the retro charm of a classic American diner. I modeled all primary assets in Blender and textured them using Substance Painter, while handling lighting and post-processing directly in Unreal Engine to achieve a polished, cinematic look.

The scene was selected for a virtual production Heinz commercial in the USA
The American Diner scene played a pivotal role in a virtual production project for a Heinz commercial in the USA, as well as being featured in a short film about the making of virtual productions. This project required close collaboration with the virtual production team to ensure the assets met both creative and performance requirements for real-time rendering.
Key Contributions
Performance Optimization: Delivered assets optimized for Unreal Engine’s real-time workflows, maintaining visual fidelity without compromising performance.
Creative Alignment: Worked closely with the production team to adapt the diner environment to align with their artistic vision and project goals.
Lighting and Realism: Tailored the lighting and post-processing to enhance realism and cinematic appeal for the on-screen production.
This project demonstrated my ability to collaborate across disciplines, balancing technical constraints with creative needs to deliver assets that performed seamlessly in high-pressure, professional settings.
To accelerate development, I incorporated some assets from trusted sources, including outdoor lights, pavements, and trees from the "City Park Environment Collection.", so are not included in the modular asset set
